CONFERENCE SKANR legal document

This document is provided for transparency and contract support. It is written to describe the service posture and does not replace customer-specific legal advice.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects business contacts, customers, service providers, conference organizers, and CONFERENCE SKANR from misuse of B2B conference intelligence and outreach workflows.

It applies to all use of CONFERENCE SKANR, including search, enrichment, exports, lead lists, AI-generated content, connected mailboxes, conference-app channels, inbox tools, and any downstream use of records obtained through the service.

2. Allowed use

Customers may use CONFERENCE SKANR for internal B2B prospect research, conference preparation, account prioritization, lead-list creation, relevance review, and human-reviewed business outreach.

Customers must use accurate sender identity, truthful messaging, relevant targeting, appropriate contact frequency, unsubscribe handling, and suppression controls.

Customers should avoid outreach where the business relevance is weak, the source context is unclear, or the recipient has objected, unsubscribed, or otherwise indicated that contact is unwanted.

3. Prohibited data sources

Customers may not import, request, enrich, or use records from leaked datasets, private communities, personal social accounts, password-protected sources without permission, consumer-only sources, minors-related sources, or sources that prohibit the intended B2B use.

Customers may not use the service to bypass robots, access controls, technical restrictions, contractual restrictions, source terms, platform rules, or suppression obligations.

Customers must not provide CONFERENCE SKANR with data they do not have the right to use for the requested purpose.

4. Prohibited targeting and content

Customers may not use the service for consumer marketing, harassment, deception, fake affiliation, credential phishing, malware, scams, discrimination, protected-class targeting, sensitive targeting, or regulated eligibility decisions.

Customers may not target people based on health, political opinions, religion, union membership, sexual orientation, precise home address, children data, biometric identifiers, or other sensitive or protected categories.

Customers may not use the service to send unlawful spam, misleading claims, fake endorsements, deceptive subject lines, or messages that conceal the sender or commercial purpose where disclosure is required.

5. Outreach safeguards

Every campaign must be reviewed by a human before sending. Sender identity, domain setup, subject lines, personalization, claims, contact reason, scheduling, and opt-out language must be accurate and appropriate.

Customers must honor unsubscribe, objection, deletion, suppression, and do-not-contact requests promptly. Customers must not contact people who have opted out through CONFERENCE SKANR or through the customer.

Customers must not represent that a conference organizer, sponsor, exhibitor, attendee, association, or platform endorsed outreach unless the statement is true and authorized.

6. Deliverability and provider protection

Customers must not use the service in a way that harms sender reputation, provider relationships, domain health, platform access, recipients, or other customers.

CONFERENCE SKANR may limit volume, pause campaigns, require list review, require suppression updates, or suspend access where bounce rates, complaints, spam signals, channel errors, or provider risk become excessive.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that sender domains, mailboxes, authentication records, channel tokens, and connected accounts are authorized and properly configured.

7. Data handling restrictions

Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, bulk export for resale, sublicense, or use CONFERENCE SKANR records to build a competing database unless expressly authorized in writing.

Customers must store exports securely, limit access internally, delete exports when no longer needed, and preserve suppression or do-not-contact information when using records downstream.

Customers must not attempt to re-identify, reverse engineer, or contact suppressed records, or merge CONFERENCE SKANR records into systems that ignore opt-out controls.

8. Enforcement

CONFERENCE SKANR may review usage, limit features, suspend exports, pause campaigns, require remediation, or terminate access where usage creates legal, security, deliverability, recipient-harm, provider, or reputation risk.

Enforcement may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect recipients, providers, customers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Failure to enforce this policy in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.
